Greg Deal is a Business Strategist partnering with CEOs, executives and business owners. His purpose; to avoid the pitfalls created by an unorganized business model, or worse; an overly controlling model, both which have caused business failures.
After spending his career in industries centered around construction and manufacturing, Greg firmly believes that a successful business strategy communicates the vision, develops its people, analyzes the data, documents its processes, and resolves issues quickly. Keeping it simple causes companies to gain traction in the market.
Greg just completed a challenging transition of the second generation into the President/CEO position. He took on the lead President position to turnaround a 47 year old family business and transition it to the next generation leader. Greg was able to turn the company back to profitability within a year by identifying and supporting the key leadership team, eliminating non-essential operations and costs, and renegotiating key lending agreements. The new family CEO is now in the lead chair with a solid foundation for future growth.
In addition, Greg has operated his own startup, held “C” level positions in several companies and has proven to be a top performer based on the results.
Greg is a certified consultant of Linked Selling, and a consultant of The ASK Method, and holds a MMS in management from The University of Mary.
