All great companies have a Visionary with a strong “second in command” (also known as the Noise Killers). These key people run the day to day of the business, implement the strategy of the company, assure the profitability and keep the “noise” of the daily functions from the Visionary so they can move the company forward.
The “Noise Killer” peer groups are designed to support these key people in their operational, process and personal challenges. A group of like minded key people, sharing best practices, insights, experiences and support to help them accomplish their company objectives.
The positions are often referred to as President, General Manager, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Operations, Integrator or other key positions that direct the day to day business.
All sessions meet once per month and are lead by an experienced facilitator with strong business operations background. A monthly 1:1 session is also included for each member.
